In-Flight Passenger Experience Application

Introduction:

The concept behind the app helps the passenger able to control In-Flight services through own smartphones. This apps helps to book flights, check-in online, generate boarding pass, tracking luggage, Real-Time flight status, in-flight experience (food ordering, In-Flight entertainment such as movies, musics and videos, E-Maganize, E-Library, Newspaer, take naps) and discover new places.

Problem Statement:

Passengers onboard flights often struggle with disjointed and outdated in-flight systems that provide limited entertainment options, confusing navigation, and inconsistent access to services like meal ordering, shopping, or flight updates. These pain points create frustration, reduce engagement, and negatively impact the overall travel experience.

Goal:

A well-designed In-flight Experience Application is needed to create a seamless, intuitive, and engaging interface that empowers passengers to easily explore entertainment, access personalized services, and stay informed throughout their journey—ultimately enhancing comfort, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Based on the research, I initially sketched and designed the low-fidelity interfaces for one the inflight applications to proposed to customer.
